Customer Training Programs
Datactics training programs are tailored to suit your specific needs. Programs are designed for data analysts and business analysts, who will be using Datactics technology to analyze, re-engineer and match data in the course of their work. They are also suitable for account managers and consultants who will be supporting and maintaining projects developed with the software.
The training programs will introduce and examine in depth each of the Datactics functions and the user will learn how in simple steps they can be combined to perform complex data quality tasks. The training program will include Datactics, Data Quality Firewall, Master Record Manager and all other appropriate functionality. This three day hands-on course aimed specifically at data analysts and business analysts delves into the hows and whys of using Datactics. It details each of the available data quality functions, allowing the user to discover and learn both theory and practice.
• Web Services
This course teaches users how to interact with the Data Quality Firewall and Master Record Manager to perform housekeeping tasks which improve the integrity and quality of their existing data. Administrator functions can also be covered such as user management, service management and product installation. Built as modular training, course length will vary according to your needs.
• Solutions
Where Datactics has built a solution for you using Professional Services, specialist training can be provided to ensure full knowledge transfer of the process of devising and developing data quality initiatives. This provides the information and techniques to maintain solutions in-house, offering faster and cheaper upgrade routes as needs change, and is built from the specific solution using your own data. Additionally, time can be allocated to assist with development of an additional solution to provide a softer transition.
