The Secure Vetting Solution allows multiple data sources to be searched as if they were a single source, saving time and ensuring accurate and comprehensive results.  This allows online and real-time searches in integrated environments.

Vetting agents can now search for records that are held in multiple data stores within a single business unit or across the enterprise, or indeed between organizations, without the need to consolidate the data into one data warehouse.

Its highly sophisticated ‘edit distance (fuzzy)’ matching facility can find matches accurately and quickly, regardless of language, structure, duplication, omissions, errors and aliases. Datactics Secure Vetting Solution is delivered as a stand-alone application.

With secure vetting the information is accessible as if it were a single source.  If personnel are not authorized to access particular information, a warning will be given on the data to let them know that there is concern in a particular case. That warning can then be followed up by a more senior member of staff who may have authority to access it. This can greatly improve the efficiency of the protection agencies and their response to high risk situations.
